While identifying specimens from The College of Idaho, Orma J. Smith Museum of Natural History, Caldwell (CIDA) and Museo de Artropodos del CICESE collections, the first author found new faunistic records of Dermestidae from Idaho in the United States and Baja California in Mexico.
