• Abstract:
  The species Telopes jordanicus sp. nov. from Jordan is described, illustrated and compared with similar species. The species from the genus Attagenus Latreille, 1802, are reassigned to Telopes: Telopes brunnescens Pic, 1904 comb. nov. and Telopes fortis (Zhantiev, 2007) comb. nov. The species Telopes tessellatus Reitter, 1887 is recorded from Kuwait and Telopes kibweziamus (Háva, 2017) from Ethiopia. A list of Telopes Redtenbacher in Russegger, 1843 species is added.
