Abstract
The fauna of Iranian Dermestidae (Coleoptera: Bostrichoidea) is summarized in this paper. In total, 123 species in 12 genera and four subfamilies (Attageninae, Dermestinae, Megatominae, Thorictinae) are listed in the fauna of Iran. Dermestes (Dermestes) haemorrhoidalis Ku¨ster, 1852 is a new country record for Iran.
