Abstract
Twelve species are mentioned from Senegal and recorded from the Senegal. A list of species known from Senegal is presented. Dermalius Háva, 2001 stat. nov. is removed from the genus Dermestes Linnaeus, 1758 and newly treated as an independent genus with type species Dermalius maximus (Pic, 1915) comb. nov. A new species, Phradonoma coachei sp. nov. from Senegal is described, illustrated and compared with similar species.
