Abstract
Neoanthrenus king sp. n. is described from Australia. Its diagnostic characters are illustrated. Key to the all so far known species of Neoanthrenus Armstrong, 1941 is provided. of N. paralellus Armstrong, 1941 is recorded from Victoria for the first time.
