Abstract
A new species, Anthrenus (Florilinus) flavicornis from Pakistan is described. The new species is compared with Anthrenus (Florilinus) zhantievi as the only similar species found in the region. For both species, images of habitus (dorsal and ventral), head, antenna, aedeagus and sternite IX are shown. The original A. zhantievi description contains an insufficient number of images for modern taxonomic studies, so the species is redescribed in the current study. New images are compared with images and illustrations from the original description to provide a complete overview of A. zhantievi.
