Abstract:
Dermestes (Dermestes) argentinus sp. nov. from South America is described, illustrated and compared with a similar looking species Dermestes (Dermestes) patagoniensis Háva et Kalík, 2005. Specimens of the new species were collected in Argentina and Chile.
