Abstract
A small section of the article translated to English: "Finally, it should be noted that the females of D. carnivorus are darker than the males, so that the red at the base of the elytra may disappear completely." & "The ab. Dömmlingi occurred somewhat less frequently than the typical form. In this variety, the pubescence on the elytra is more uniform in males, whereas in the females it is somewhat spotted, just as in the typical form."
